'The Future' at London City Airport

North Woolwich & Silvertown. Mon 21 Jul 2014

From King George V station I could see the Roz Cafe in the distance - and two police officers

Around a dozen protesters were in the Roz cafe when I arrived

 preparing for the protest

 and making final plans, before

taking a vote on those where happy with the plans

Tamsin Omond talking about the protest

They had a couple of posters

and were going to stand in pairs, some with circles around their eyes to indicate the people were watching

People got ready to leave

and made their way out of the cafe

and walked towards the station. One of the officers aske Tamsin what the protesters intended to do

Tamsin talks with some protesters who were going direct to the airport

It seemed a long wait for the DLR train

but finally it came
