13th Year of Guantanamo Shame

US Embassy, London. Sunday 11 Dec 2015

 Guantanamo artwork was available for a donation

 'We stand with Shaker Aamer' still in Guantanamo, never charged, first cleared for release in 2007

 Protesters wearing Obama masks around their necks read out parts of his speeches

 and a chorus clapped, shouted and sang

 

 

  and the audience watched
 
 

 

 

The performance was in front of the US embassy 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At the end of the first act, there was an interval for speeches, introduced by Aisha Maniar, organiser from the London Guantánamo Campaign 

Solicitor Louise Christian was the first speaker
