Saturday After breakfast on Saturday we walked down to The Cove past some local beasts  The tide was out  The view from the cave there  we made our way north and found lots of chalets  and a little further on a less organised site  In the distance across some salt marsh at White Creek we saw the group who were walking across, most sponsored for charity  we kept to the coast, not wanting to get our feet wet   The Kent viaduct in the distance (the River Kent, not the county)  A small stream ran through the sand at Far Arnside      A train goes over the Kent viaduct  Arnside   another train |
