Craven Arms

Newton was here before Craven Arms

 

 

 Craven Arms is an agricultural centre

 

 It has a tea room

 and a butcher that people travel for miles to visit

 Footpath at Halford which appears to have been slightly diverted to park a caravan

The Craven Arms was doing good business on a Sunday morning, including quite a few motorcyclists 

 

Several groups of bikers passed me, as well as a Mazda sports car outing 

 

 

Bryn A Wel and Milwaukee Terrace are 

opposite Albion Villas on the road to Clun 

 
      
The obelisk lists distances for the benefit of those driving sheep 

or making their way home
