Operation Shutdown against Knife Crime

 Operation Shutdown want to see urgent action against knife crime, including a meeting of the cabinet emergency

 committe COBRA. Some put fake blood on their hands

 and posed for photographs

 

 Many of them are famiily members of young men who have been killed in knife attacks

 and some wore t-shirts with photos of the knife victims
     
 

 

 'Let's Stop Teenage Murder'

 

 'Stop the Mass Slaughter Of a Generation Now! #Cobra Now! #OperationShutdown' and bloody handprints on a poster

 

 

 'We have a massive problem'

 They call for tougher sentences for knife and gun crime

 

 Many family member of those killed spoke

 

  'Let's Stop Teenage Murder Together'

 'All Lives matter'

 People make handprints on the pavement using fake blood
