Carnaby St Puma Boycott

Carnaby St, London. Fri 20 Sep 2019

The protesters from Inminds were outside the Puma store in Carnaby St

They call for people to boycott Puma as it sponsorts the apartheid Israel Football Association

which includes clubs from illegal settlements built on stolen Palestinian land. The settlements are a war crime.

Many passing by showed an interest and were shocked by the facts in the posters and leaflets.

A poster states that Israel kills one Palestinian child every 60 hours

and imprisons a Palestinian child every 12 hours - two a day

They say 221 Palestinian prisoners have been killed in Israeli prisons by torture or medical neglect

and call on Puma to end its sponsorship.

The protesters played music, handed out leaflets and after I left there were speeches
